WATCH: Obama ‘deliberately snubbed’ on arrival in China

In what observers say was a deliberate diplomatic snub, U.S. President Barack Obama was denied the traditional red carpet welcome upon his arrival in Hangzhou Saturday afternoon before the start of the annual G20 economic summit. There was no staircase for Obama to exit the plane, and he was forced to use an alternative exit.
