In comments at the Annual Jewish Institute for National Security of America in Washington this week, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo confirmed that the Palestinians’ decision to continue rewarding terrorists who kill and injure civilians has resulted in major aid cuts under the terms of the Taylor Force Act. Pompeo also commented, “[The Palestinians’] behavior has not changed materially.”
