WATCH: Palestinians use terrorist as role model to encourage reading

In the Qalqilya and Tulkarem districts of the Palestinian Authority (PA)-administered territories, the Directorate of Culture, together with the Tamer Institute for Community Education, organized a “human reading chain” in honor of a Palestinian murderer of three innocent civilians. The Tamer Institute, listed among the networks under the Swedish Anna Lindh Foundation, receives funding from Norway and the European Union.
