WATCH: PLO move to cancel agreements with Israel ‘means nothing,’ says Fatah official

In the wake of a motion passed by the top Palestinian body to suspend all agreements with Israel, Member of the Fatah Revolutionary Council Dmitri Diliani said he doubts PA President Mahmoud Abbas will any meaningful action to sever ties with Israel.
