Four incendiary balloons launched by terrorists in the Gaza Strip landed outside a community in southern Israel on Tuesday, Times of Israel reported. The attack occurred as defense officials were discussing an ease on restrictions on the coastal enclave and a long-term ceasefire is under consideration.
