Speaking before the UN Security Council, US Ambassador Nikki Haley accused the Russian government of using a nerve agent to assassinate two state enemies on British soil. She was joined in her condemnation by the ambassadors of France, Germany and the United Kingdom, while Russia denied the accusation.
