WATCH: US blasts Israel for advancing settlements ‘deep in the West Bank’

US State Department spokesman Ned Price said the US is “strongly opposed” to the expansion of Israeli settlements and condemned Israel for its “plan to advance thousands of units… many of them deep in the West Bank.”

The Biden administration considers settlement expansion to be “completely inconsistent with efforts to lower tensions and restore calm and damages the prospects for a two-state solution.”
