WATCH: US military expert slams ‘very weak’ allied attack on Syria

General Jack Keane (ret.), Chairman of the Institute for the Study of War, claims that the allied attack on Syria was “very weak'” and sends the wrong signal to Syria in light of Assad’s forced surrender of Ghouta using chemical weapons and his loss of relatively few military assets in return.
