WATCH: Violent clashes and fatal car-ramming in Virginia

One woman died and dozens more were injured after James Alex Fields. Jr., 20, mowed his car into a crowd of protesters at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Saturday. The car-ramming was preceded by violent clashes between police and protesters who were demonstrating against the removal of a statue of confederate General Robert E. Lee.
