Palestinian terrorists carried out several terror attacks on Sunday, including two shooting attacks, against Israeli targets in Judea and Samaria.

In the first shooting attack, terrorists fired shots at an Israeli bus near Ein Yabrud, northeast of Beit El. No one was injured in the attack, but the bus was damaged.

IDF troops scouring the area found 11 bullet casings and launched a manhunt for suspects.

About five hours after the attack and in the same vicinity, terrorists fired at a military post from a moving vehicle near the Palestinian village of Jalazone, north of Beit El.

No IDF soldiers were harmed. Bullet casings were found at the scene.

In related news, terrorists placed an improvised explosive device inside a burning tire on route 465. The device exploded, causing no injuries or damage.

IDF forces arrived in Shechem (Nablus) at the home of the Palestinian terrorist who stabbed and critically wounded a security guard at the entrance to Jerusalem’s Central Bus Station on Sunday.

The forces questioned his family members and searched for incitement-related materials.

In the days following President Donald Trump’s historic recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, in addition to the weeks leading up to it, have seen a spike in Palestinian terror attacks, including rock-throwing and firebombs directed at Israeli targets.

However, Major-General Eitan Dangot (Res.)told IDF Radio on Monday that he believes that the Hamas terror organization is not seeking a further escalation in the violence.
