Arab affairs analyst slams Biden’s policy of encouraging Gazans ‘brainwashed by Hamas’ to come to the US

The Biden Administration announced it was opening its doors to certain refugees from Gaza, beginning with those whose family members are American citizens or permanent residents.

Pinhas Inbari, a veteran Arab affairs analyst, has warned the Biden Administration not to encourage Gazans to emigrate to the U.S. because they are “brainwashed by Hamas.”

Inbari, who has 14 years of experience covering Arab affairs in Judea, Samaria, and the Gaza Strip, told Fox News, “I think that the core issue is whether all Gaza is Hamas or as Biden tries to convince us that there is a difference between Hamas and the Gazans, and we have to treat them differently.”

He added, “I cannot say all Gazans are Hamas, but you can say they are brainwashed by Hamas.”

“Muslims are indoctrinated with Islam and jihad [in Gaza]. You can’t take them as they are now and plant them in the U.S. Biden has to see Europe to understand,” Inbari explained.

He gave the example of Hamburg, Germany, where over 1,000 Islamic radicals marched and yelled, “Caliphate is the solution” (A caliphate is an area governed entirely by Sharia–or Islamic–law).

The Biden Administration announced it was opening its doors to certain refugees from Gaza, beginning with those whose family members are American citizens or permanent residents.

One proposal involves reviving the decades-old United States Refugee Admissions Program to bring to the US Gazans who have escaped the conflict into Egypt, which has refused to provide a haven for them.

After passing a series of medical, security, and eligibility screenings, Gazans would be flown to the US and granted refugee status, which guarantees them permanent residency, housing assistance, and a pathway to American citizenship.

A White House spokesperson told CBS News that the U.S. “has helped more than 1,800 American citizens and their families leave Gaza, many of whom have come to the United States.”

However, Inbari said that the years of indoctrination that Gazans have undergone from Hamas, who have told them their highest calling is to murder Jews, will take years to undo.

He said, “It will take years of education to teach them not be jihadi Muslims.”

Inbari likened Biden’s plan to “taking al-Qaeda to the U.S. They are educated to hate America and Christians. They think if they hate Jews they will not hate Christians. They are mistaken. Al Qaeda hates Christians before Jews.”
