Hamas held a rally in Gaza celebrating the deadly truck-ramming attack, adding a message of encouragement to potential terrorists.

The Hamas terrorist organization that controls the Gaza Strip held a rally on Sunday night in the Jabalya refugee camp, where they celebrated Sunday’s truck-ramming terror attack in Jerusalem that killed four Israeli soldiers.

“The message of our Islamic party Hamas is a message of encouragement and support for every jihadi who carries out an attack that puts an end to the acts of the Zionist enemy,” said senior Hamas official Fathi Hamad to Reuters.

Shortly after the attack, a Hamas spokesman said that the terrorist organization “welcomes the brave and heroic operation in Jerusalem.”

Hamas’ military wing, the Izz Ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, also described the attack as “heroic” and stressed that “the continuous operations in the West Bank and Jerusalem prove that the Jerusalem Intifada is not an isolated event.”

Celebrations on Sunday’s terror attack not only took place in Gaza but in Palestinian neighborhoods in Jerusalem as well with sweets being handed out to passers-by.
