US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee confirmed Monday that Iranian missiles caused “minor damage” to the American consulate in Tel Aviv, with no injuries reported.
Iran’s latest missile strike killed at least four people in central Israel and wounded 87 others, according to Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency service.
All four victims were approximately 70 years old – two women and two men. In Petah Tikva near Tel Aviv, Iranian missiles struck a residential building, charring concrete walls and blowing out windows across multiple apartments.

“Teams are working on the ground to neutralize safety hazards, in particular the risk of electrocution due to torn electrical wires,” the Israel Electric Corporation said in a statement.
Iranian state television claimed Iran fired at least 100 missiles at Israel in the attack, signaling Tehran has no intention of backing down despite mounting international pressure for de-escalation.
Emergency crews rushed to Haifa, where about 30 people were wounded and fires burned at a power plant near the port.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz outlined his goals for the summit on Sunday, saying they include ensuring “Iran does not develop or possess nuclear weapons, ensuring Israel’s right to defend itself, avoiding escalation of the conflict and creating room for diplomacy.”
President Donald Trump, speaking before departing for the summit, struck a cautiously optimistic tone about prospects for resolution.
“I hope there’s going to be a deal. I think it’s time for a deal,” he told reporters, though he added, “Sometimes they have to fight it out.”
Israeli officials report at least 21 people have been killed since Friday, including children caught in earlier strikes. Iran has suffered far heavier losses, with health ministry officials putting the death count at 224.
