Israeli gymnast Linoy Ashram won two gold medals and a silver at the 2019 European Games in Minsk, Belarus on Saturday.
The gold medals followed the silver she took home for her rhythmic gymnastic performance.
Though her day did not start out well, placing sixth in her individual hoop routine, Ashram showed her determination to be a winner.
She won her first gold medal of the event for her ball routine and, a half hour later, the seasoned gymnast won another gold medal for her performance with clubs.
The Israeli-born gymnast, who lives in Tel Aviv, is known for her powerful jumps, high leaps and back spiral variations in reverse direction, a skill most rhythmic gymnasts have not mastered.
The talented gymnast even has a unique floor move named after her, the “Ashram.”
When not competing or training, Ashram works as a secretary for the Israel Defense Forces.
She is a contender for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
