A Palestinian terrorist attempted to blow up a military court in Samaria on Sunday, but Israeli forces securing the compound were successful in thwarting the attack.
The terrorist arrived at the courthouse, where he aroused suspicion. A search of his clothing revealed he was carrying two pipe bombs.
The court was shut down, while sappers were alerted to the scene and safely dismantled the explosive charges.
The terrorist, from the Jenin area, was arrested and taken for questioning.
A similar incident occurred in October, and before that in May.
