Adiel Kolman, a 32-year-old father of four, was stabbed and killed in the Old City of Jerusalem, adjacent to the Temple Mount, late Sunday afternoon.

Critically wounded in the chest and limbs, he was brought to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center for treatment.

“After being notified by United Hatzalah’s dispatch and Command center to the incident in the Old City, I arrived at the scene and found one person suffering from a stab wound in their upper chest. He was in serious condition. I treated him at the scene for his injuries following which he was transported from the location of the incident to the hospital for further care and observation,” said United Hatzalah volunteer first responder Dr. Yishai Ben Uri Zilbeger.

The victim “was suffering from numerous stab wounds to his upper body and limbs. We treated him using a special bandage to stop bleeding, a Magen David Adom medic said.

A policeman shot the terrorist, who died of his wounds shortly thereafter.

The terrorist was identified as 28-year-old Abd al-Rahman Bani Fadel, from the village of Aqraba, near the city of Nablus.

Earlier the same day, Ziv Daos and Netanel Kahalani, victims of a car-ramming on Friday, were laid to rest.
