President Donald Trump delivered a dramatic live briefing from the White House, announcing that the United States has successfully finalized a monumental framework agreement with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Speaking to a packed press room during the signing of an executive order, the president revealed that the comprehensive document is currently undergoing final linguistic drafting.

Trump asserted that the diplomatic breakthrough will fundamentally reshape global security, promising that the agreement will be formally signed over the upcoming weekend.

The administration revealed that the formal signing ceremony will take place at a neutral location in Europe, with high level American representatives dispatched to execute the document.

Trump explained that due to his immediate presidential schedule, he will not personally attend the European summit, but has designated Vice President JD Vance and specialized diplomatic envoy Steven Witkoff to lead the delegation.

The president added that global energy markets will experience immediate relief, predicting that global oil prices will rapidly plummet to historic lows as a direct result of the stabilization.

The sweeping international agreement reportedly has secured the personal sign off of the highest religious authority in Tehran, marking a massive shift in the regime’s traditional foreign policy.

When pressed by reporters in the Oval Office regarding whether the Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, had personally ratified the specific terms, Trump responded directly that he understands the answer is yes.

The president attributed this sudden compliance to the immense physical pressure applied by the United States military over the preceding seventy two hours, noting that the regime took a pounding like very few people could take.

Trump further claimed that the severe military losses inflicted upon the adversary have triggered a functional regime change by eliminating older, hardline factions.

The president explained to reporters that he genuinely believes this represents a structural change, because he finds the current leadership group to be far more rational than the individuals who are no longer with us.

Trump stated that the military successfully eliminated the first tier of leadership and the second tier of leadership, leaving a different, more intelligent level of management that possesses real logic.

The core tenets of the preliminary memorandum enforce an absolute, verifiable ban on the acquisition of mass destruction weaponry.

Trump stated emphatically that Iran will, in no way, shape, or form, build a nuclear weapon or purchase a nuclear weapon, noting that this single clause represents the most important sentence of the entire transaction.

The president concluded by stating that he has already held extensive consultations with prime ministers and monarchs across the territory, asserting that the entire Middle East is happy, and the strategic Strait of Hormuz will be completely cleared and opened to international shipping the exact moment the document is signed.
