WATCH: Car-ramming at NY’s Times Square likely not terror; 1 dead, 22 injured

New York Mayor Bill Di Basio gave an update Thursday on the situation at Times Square, where a car crashed into the sidewalk and injured 23 people. A young woman died of her wounds and 22 others were injured.

While an investigation is ongoing, it appears not to have been a terror attack.
