Israeli runner Lonah Chemtai Salpeter faced disappointment on Sunday when she stopped running one lap too early at the end of the 5,000-meter race at the European Athletics Championship. The error probably cost her a second medal, after she took gold in the 10,000-meter event in Berlin, Germany.
