U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is being sued.
The mother of Sean Smith and father of Tyrone Woods, two of the four victims murdered in Benghazi, Libya, in 2012, filed the lawsuit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, alleging that Clinton was directly responsible for their deaths.
They are also suing for defamation and intentionally inflicting emotional distress.
