Amazon and Etsy caught selling terror merchandise and Nazi propaganda

Etsy proved even more brazen, offering Palestine Action merchandise alongside boycott Israel stickers in bulk packages of 25 or 1,000 units through a seller called “undergroundincuk.”

Weeks after Britain banned Palestine Action as a terrorist group, Amazon and Etsy are still selling merchandise supporting the organization—including t-shirts sized for three-year-olds—while Apple peddles Nazi-era antisemitic propaganda.

Parliament voted 385-26 last month to proscribe Palestine Action under the Terrorism Act 2000, following incidents where activists broke into RAF Brize Norton and vandalized military aircraft with spray paint and crowbars.

Supporting the group now carries penalties of up to 14 years in prison.

Yet an investigation by Jewish News found “We are all Palestine Action” t-shirts readily available on Amazon’s UK site starting at £12.99, with sizes ranging from toddler to adult.

One UK manufacturer, Stickytees, was also selling “Free Palestine End The Occupation” shirts on eBay.

Etsy proved even more brazen, offering Palestine Action merchandise alongside boycott Israel stickers in bulk packages of 25 or 1,000 units through a seller called “undergroundincuk.”

Customer reviews revealed the illegal nature wasn’t deterring buyers.

“Great item. Haven’t been arrested yet but the message is loud and clear. Thank-you,” one purchaser wrote in feedback visible on the platform.

Meanwhile, on Apple’s digital bookstore “The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion” is being sold for just 49 pence on its British site.

Written by Russian author Sergei Nilus in 1905, the fabricated text promoted conspiracy theories about global Jewish control and became central to Nazi propaganda efforts.

Labour MP Matthew Patrick, a parliamentary private secretary in the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, sent a sharp letter to Emma Haselhurst, Apple’s head of UK governmental affairs, condemning the sale.

“The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is the most famous antisemitic text ever produced,” Patrick wrote. “It was central to promoting belief in an international Jewish conspiracy and was used by the Nazis for this very purpose.”

Patrick added that “the rise of antisemitism is a defining moment in modern history. Without determined action, the world risks entering a new dark era where antisemitism will be approved again, allowed to spread, and become institutionalized.”

He called on Apple to follow bookstore chain Blackwell’s, which removed the book from sale in 2022.

Amazon responded to the Jewish News investigation by pledging to remove all Palestine Action merchandise from its UK platform, with a spokesperson confirming the listings violated legal requirements.

Etsy has not responded to requests for comment about its ongoing sales of the banned group’s merchandise.

Palestine Action, established in 2020, has targeted Israeli defense contractors and Jewish organizations with ties to Israel across Britain.

Since the terror designation took effect July 5, police have arrested more than 500 people for displaying support, including 466 protesters who deliberately defied the ban during a demonstration outside Parliament earlier this month.
