Hamas provides funds to families of Palestinian terrorists as support in exchange for their acts of terror.
In the Palestinian village of al-Muayer, forces confiscated improvised assault weapons.
This weapons bust was the latest among dozens of successful operations carried out by Israeli forces to stem the flow of illegal weapons traded by Palestinians.
Since the beginning of 2017, Israeli forces operating in Judea and Samaria have seized over 220 firearms and have shut down some 35 illegal Palestinian weapons production plants.
Tens of Palestinian terror attacks have been committed using firearms, many of them self-made.
