Vice President JD Vance doubles down on his rejection of far-right podcaster Nick Fuentes, condemning antisemitism and criticizing critics of Gaza war who “traffic in antisemitism.”

Vice President JD Vance condemned far-right podcaster Nick Fuentes last week, taking aim at the white supremacist and Holocaust denier’s support for antisemitism.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Vance reiterated his rejection of Fuentes, whom he has previously criticized over racist remarks about Vance’s wife, Usha.
“He can eat sh*t, because anybody who goes after my family, whatever side they are on, they are on the opposite side of me,” Vance said.
The vice president then went on to condemn Fuentes’ antisemitism, arguing that Republicans should have the “moral clarity” to reject bigotry from the right.
“I think people are going to vote for us or not vote for us,” Vance said when asked whether he believes the Republican Party should reject Fuentes’ supporters, dubbed “Groypers.”
“I think that there are certain things that we should – we should have the moral clarity to condemn. I think Jew hatred is disgusting.”
“You can criticize the policies of the Israeli government, but going after Jews [is unacceptable].”
Vance also took aim at critics of Israel’s policies in the Gaza Strip who expressed antisemitic views.
“The interesting thing I find about this online discourse about antisemitism is a lot of the people who say that they don’t like Jews, they also say that they are very concerned about Gaza. The person in the world alive today who has done more to promote the safety and livelihood of the people of Gaza is a little Jewish guy by the name of Steve Witkoff, who works for the Trump administration and is a very dear friend of mine.”
“So people who say on the one hand that they really care about innocent civilians in Gaza, while on the other hand trafficking in antisemitism – it is ridiculous, it should be condemned, I’ve condemned it.”
