Tucker Carlson: Trump is a ‘slave,’ time to ‘detach from Israel’

Far-right podcasters Tucker Carlson and Alex Jones fire back at President Trump after he penned a scathing post pushing back on their criticism of the war with Iran.

Right-wing internet personality Tucker Carlson denounced President Donald Trump as a “slave” and called for the United States to “detach” from Israel amid an ongoing feud with the president over the war with Iran.

On Thursday night, Trump penned a scathing post to his Truth Social account taking aim at a number of right-wing podcasters who in the past publicly supported him but have since voiced sharp criticism of his decision to strike Iran.

“I know why Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones have all been fighting me for years, especially by the fact that they think it is wonderful for Iran, the Number One State Sponsor of Terror, to have a Nuclear Weapon – Because they have one thing in common, Low IQs,” Trump wrote. “They’re stupid people, they know it, their families know it, and everyone else knows it, too!”

In the post, Trump went on to mock “hand flailing fools like Tucker Carlson” and “bankrupt Alex Jones,” who says some of the dumbest things, and lost his entire fortune, as he should have, for his horrendous attack on the families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims.”

A day later, Carlson responded by calling the president a “slave” to “other forces,” a thinly veiled allusion to Israel.

“I’ve always liked Trump and still feel sorry for him, as I do for all slaves,” Carlson told Newsmax.

“He’s hemmed in by other forces. He can’t make his own decisions. It’s awful to watch.”

In a monologue during Thursday’s show, Carlson denounced American support for the State of Israel, accused Israel of intentionally targeting an American ship in 1967, and called for the US to “detach” itself from the Jewish state.

“The United States has to, and hopefully the first then we do when and if this war is resolved, is detach from Israel,” Carlson said.

The 56-year-old former Fox News host then accused Israel of treating the US “as an enemy,” claiming the attack on the USS Liberty during the Six-Day War was intentional.

“Not declare war on Israel or treat Israel as an enemy. They may treat us as an enemy, as they have before when they tried to sink the USS Liberty, an American naval vessel, a surveillance vessel. They treated us as an enemy.”

Carlson said the US must impose “restrictions, reservations, and red lines” on Israel.

“This distancing should begin with a total end of aid of any kind, military or economic, to Israel by the US government.”

The ban on military aid would include defensive systems, including missile interceptors, Carlson added, accusing Israel of “aggressively acting against our interests.”

Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones also fired back at President Trump, declaring on Saturday that he will ratchet up his criticism of the president.

“I’m not looking for a fight, but if you want one, you came to the right place!”

Jones threatened to go “scorched earth” on the president and “go after him viciously.”

“You’ve already sh** all over me. And if you try to rub it in, at that point, I don’t even care anymore.”
