Footage obtained by JBN shows the man who drove a vehicle into the entrance of 770 Eastern Parkway had been inside the Chabad headquarters approximately two weeks earlier, where he was seen dancing with students in the study hall.

The individual appears to be wearing the same clothing seen during the ramming incident.

According to sources familiar with the encounter, the man told those inside the building that he was Jewish.

Based on those statements, an impromptu bar mitzvah celebration was held, during which participants danced with him before he put on tefillin.

Sources said the man is not Jewish and had been visiting multiple yeshivas while making similar claims.

Authorities have not determined whether he was mentally disturbed or acting with malicious intent.

The motive behind the incident remains under investigation but is being investigated as a hate crime by the NYPD.

The resurfaced footage has renewed concerns among community members about security at the building, which has previously experienced incidents including robberies, assaults, and other disturbances.

Some are calling for increased oversight and stricter access controls to prevent similar incidents in the future.
