WATCH: Former captive David Cunio opens up about separation from daughter after Oct. 7

Freed hostage David Cunio described the torment of not knowing his daughter’s fate after he, his wife, and another child of theirs were kidnapped into Gaza on October 7 until their reunion 10 days later in a Gaza hospital.

David Cunio and his family were brutally abducted from their home in Nir Oz on October 7.

Amid the chaos of that day, his 3-year-old daughter Emma was separated from the rest of the family, plunging them into even greater fear.
