A pregnant woman has been lightly-to-moderately wounded in a stoning attack on Route 60 in the Binyamin Region in Samaria. She was evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem with a face wound.

According to reports from the scene, the woman was fully conscious when paramedics arrived.

This comes as tensions run high in Judea and Samaria following several terrorist attacks last week, which left three people dead and 14 other injured.

In a terrorist drive-by shooting on Sunday, Dec. 9, a pregnant woman was also targeted. She survived but her baby boy delivered by emergency C-section died.

Arutz 7 reports that hundreds of people demonstrated on Sunday opposite the Knesset against government policy following the wave attacks in Judea and Samaria.

“The policy of the open roads has failed. All the terrorists left and returned to Ramallah. We will not move from here until they return the checkpoints,” said Beit El Council head Shay Alon at the event, according to Arutz 7.
