An Israeli woman had a close brush with death early Wednesday morning when Palestinian terrorists fired shots at her car as she was driving in Samaria.

Bullets hit the car and damaged it an apparent drive-by shooting that occurred near the Habitot Junction on Route 60, which runs through Judea and Samaria.

She was not wounded, but suffered shock.

“Army units have arrived in the area and began searching the sector,” an IDF spokeswoman said after the attack.

Israel’s citizens have been experiencing a mounting wave of Palestinian terror.

An Israeli civilian was lightly wounded last Sunday afternoon when terrorists fired on the vehicle he was driving on a main route in Samaria.

Last Saturday night, an IDF soldier was lightly wounded in a car terror attack in the Hebron area in Judea.

Two weeks ago, an ax-wielding Palestinian terrorist attacked a group of Border Police officers near Damascus Gate in Jerusalem’s Old City. He managed to stab one Border Police officer and lightly wound him in the leg while they were arresting him.
