Kim Levengrond Yehezkel, 28, who was killed Sunday in a terror attack at the Barkan industrial zone in Samaria, was buried in her hometown of Rosh Ha’ayin that evening. She is survived by her parents, sister, husband and 18-month old son.

Levengrond Yehezkel and Ziv Hajbi, 35, were shot dead by a Palestinian terrorist at the Alon factory. Another woman, 54, was seriously wounded in the attack.

Levengrond Yehezkel’s sister Inbal Levengrond-Berkowitz described her sibling as “a flower who was picked before her time” and “for no reason.”

“She was in the wrong place at the wrong time,” she added, Israel Hayom reported. “How can one explain to a one-year-old that he will not see his mother and grow up without his mother?”

Rafi, Levengrond Yehezkel’s father, heard about the attack and immediately left for the Barkan industrial zone after trying to call Kim and getting no answer. He was the one to identify her body.

“Why did you handcuff her and then shoot her? I have no words to describe the lowliness. You murdered two families, left widows and widowers, orphans,” Levengrond Yehezkel’s husband Guy said at the funeral, calling the terrorist a “despicable murderer.”

Levengrond Yehezkel last saw her baby when she left him off at the daycare center Sunday morning.

At the funeral, Guy said, “We will never forget you, will raise our [son] Kai just as you wanted. I love you,. You will always be my best friend.”

“In the past few days, her son started to walk, and she was so excited about it,” an unnamed family member said in a eulogy, Times of Israel reported. “There was nobody happier than she was. She was constantly filming him and sending the videos to everyone. Now she is no more. It is impossible to believe it, and I can’t grasp that she was murdered.”

The second victim, Hajbi, a father of three, will be buried on Monday in the southern community of Nir Israel. Both victims’ families donated their loved one’s organs to save lives.

The terrorist, Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alowa, a 23-year-old Palestinian from the Tulkarem area, is still at large. Massive Israeli forces are conducting a manhunt for him.
