Katz called for “a focus on real needs and a reexamination of priorities” to sustain long-term care quality. Smotrich praised healthcare workers, saying the system provides “breathing space” for wartime decision-making. Health Ministry Director General Moshe Bar Siman Tov said the system has operated under continuous load and at high readiness since the operation began and warned that additional resources are needed to maintain services across the country.
