WATCH: Knife-wielding, mentally ill Arab man shot by police

An Arab Israeli man, whose family said he has a long history of mental health issues, was shot and killed in Haifa on Monday after allegedly attacking police officers with a knife. His family said they called police for help in getting the man support and that the shooting should not have happened.
