I’m disappointed in the leadership of the Women’s March that they haven’t done it adequately.”Milano explained to The Advocate that, if asked to make an appearance, she would not speak at the next Women’s March gathering if led by Sarsour or Mallory due to their backing of Farrakhan. She told the publication, “I would say no at this point. Unfortunate that none of them have come forward against him at this point. Or even given a really good reason why to support them.”As The Algemeiner previously reported, Mallory, co-chair of the Women’s March, has praised Farrakhan as “GOAT” or “Greatest of All Time,” and served as a national organizer of his 2015 “Justice or Else” rally. Sarsour participated in the rally and has similarly praised Farrakhan, repeatedly refusing to condemn him.Mallory also sat in the audience while Farrakhan gave a speech in March in which he said, “The powerful Jews are my enemy.” Farrakhan acknowledged Mallory from the stage and she later posted about the event on social media.Milano was raised Roman Catholic and associates with the Democratic Party.
