Hamid threw a heavy marble slab that landed on the victim’s head, leading to his death hours later. Ari Lubarsky, the victim’s brother, demanded that the terrorist be given the death penalty instead of going to jail. “The party must end,” he stated. “The terrorist’s four brothers are imprisoned in Israeli jails. We demand one thing from the Military Advocate General: the death penalty for the terrorist.”The family “will not be party to the farce that’s going on,” their lawyer said.
