Anonymous Arab vandals scrawled messages of hate on a sign at the entrance to a Jewish National Fund (JNF) forest in the south of the country.

The words “Hitler” and “Al-Quds,” the Arabic name for Jerusalem, were among the messages spray-painted in Arabic on the sign, the Israeli 0404 news site reported.

The report quoted the JNF which told hikers at the site that such hate crimes happen “all the time” and that instead of investing funds in developing tourism and hiking tracks, they are forced to expend resources fixing the damage caused by vandals.
