WATCH: Sheikh in Israel says Allah sent hurricane to punish America

Sheikh Kamal Khatib, deputy leader of the Islamic Movement in Israel, says that the Houston “flood” caused by Hurricane Harvey was a punishment from Allah. He even prayed that the punishment be increased.
