US Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Iran should not be allowed “to use the nuclear deal to hold the world hostage.”Haley commented Tuesday after Iranian President Hassan Rouhani threatened to restart the country’s nuclear program in wake of new US sanctions imposed against the Islamic Republic.
