The Iranian Quds force used a Pakistani man to surveil and potentially assassinate the head of the French-Israeli chamber of commerce, according to Berlin court proceedings this week.The Berliner Zeitung outlet reported Pakistani, Syed Mustafa spied on David Rouach, who is not only a professor at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), but has served as head of the French-Israeli chamber of commerce.Federal prosecutor Michael Greven referred to a significant amount of surveillance Mustafa gathered on Rouach in July and August of 2015, which included more than 300 photographs and 20 videos.Mustafa is also accused of conducting espionage against former German politician, Reinhold Robbe, who has served as head of the Germany-Israel Friendship Society and was also an apparent target of assassination. The data gathered by Mustafa was transferred to the Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Corps, which includes the Quds force.
