In a video message to the J Street lobbying group, Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren pledged to help the Palestinians establish a “capital” in Jerusalem and vowed to restore aid to UNRWA and other Palestinian organizations, while threatening to cut off funds to Israel over Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
