(Courtesy)Israeli forces early Monday morning demolished the homes of three Palestinian terrorists who murdered an Israeli policewoman and wounded another in Jerusalem in February.The IDF said in a statement that it razed the homes of Ahmed Najah Ismail Nasser, Mohammed Ahmed Kamil and Ahmed Abed Allatif Abu Alrub, all situated in the Palestinian town of Kabatiya, near Shechem (Nablus).The three committed a shooting and stabbing terrorist attack at the Damascus Gate at the entrance to Jerusalem’s Old City on February 3, during which border policewoman Hadar Cohen, 19, was murdered and another policewoman was wounded.The demolition of terrorists’ homes are meant to serve as a deterrence for potential terrorists who are plotting future attacks and are part of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plans to contend with the recent wave of Palestinian terror attacks, which has claimed the lives of 33 victims in the past six months. In related news, the Supreme Court on Sunday canceled home-demolition orders for three of the four Palestinian terrorists who were convicted of taking part in the deadly rock-throwing attack in September that caused the death of an Israeli motorist.Read Israeli professor under fire after accusing IDF of 'ethnic cleansing' On September 13 Alexander Levlovitz, 64, was driving home from a Rosh Hashanah meal when Palestinian terrorists attacked his car in Jerusalem, causing him to drive into a pole and killing him. He was the first to be murdered in the current Palestinian terror wave.Four Palestinians from the neighborhood of Tsur Baher in Jerusalem were indicted over the attack. Courts ruled that the central suspect, Abed Dawidat, was the one who threw the deadly rock and stood closest to Levlovitz’s car.The Sunday ruling cancels the demolition order for the three terrorists and gives final approval only for the demolition of Dawidat’s home.
