WATCH: UN watchdog confirms use of chlorine gas in Syria

The United Nations’ Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons determined that the Syrian Army used chlorine gas in the February attack on civilians in Syria based on laboratory tests of samples obtained from the site.
