House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, a Democrat, told the 2017 AIPAC Policy Conference that when “people sometimes say to me, the United States is so overwhelmingly partial to Israel in this discussion. I say, yes, of course…we have shared values, and we are friends,” adding what the US will do in support of the Jewish state.
