The injured victims are being treated in several hospitals across the city.The bomb exploded near a park at Ankara’s main square, where several cars caught fire.Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “condemns the large-scale terrorist attack in Ankara in which innocent citizens lost their lives and many dozens were injured. Israel expresses solidarity with the Turkish people in the war against terrorism and calls on the international community to unite in the fight against terrorism,” according to a statement issued by Netanyahu’s media adviser.No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, although suicide bombings have been carried out in recent months by Kurdish rebels and Islamic State (ISIS) terrorists.In February, a car bomb in Ankara claimed at least 18 lives and wounded about 45. A month earlier, 11 German tourists were killed by an ISIS terrorist who detonated a bomb in Istanbul.
