A car-ramming attack was thwarted on Wednesday evening, at a gas station outside the community of Kochav Yaakov, located just north of Jerusalem.The attacker targeted a group of soldiers who were standing at a bus stop, none of whom reportedly were injured. According to the IDF spokesperson’s unit, the attacker was neutralized and killed as he attempted to exit his vehicle holding a knife in his hand.Most recently, 4 Israeli soldiers were killed in a truck-ramming attack early in January, in Jerusalem’s neighborhood of Armon Hanatziv, just south of the Old City. Later Wednesday evening, the IDF reported that a gunman fired at an army post northwest of the Palestinian city of Ramallah.
