The IDF on Sunday issued an order for the demolition of the apartment of the Palestinian terrorist who stabbed Ari Fuld to death in September.

Major General Nadav Padan, head of Central Command, signed the order to demolish the third-floor apartment of Khalil Jabarin in Yatta, near Hebron.

Jabarin’s family was given a two-day notice, during which they may still petition the High Court of Justice against the order’s implementation.

Jabarin stabbed Ari Fuld outside the Gush Etzion shopping mall. Critically wounded, Fuld, 45, an American-Israel and father of four, chased and shot his attacker before collapsing. He died later in a Jerusalem hospital.

Jabarin, 16, is currently on trial.

The demolition order was issued after a court rejected a petition filed by the terrorist’s family against the it.

Miriam Fuld, Ari’s widow, sent a letter to Padan in October calling on him to demolish the home of the terrorist.

“I have a simple question,” Fuld wrote in a letter. “Why is the decision to demolish the home of the depraved terrorist being delayed?”
