Lindsey Graham excoriated the Iranian regime last week, declaring the Islamic Republic the “mothership of terrorism,” which must be toppled.The senior senator from South Carolina was interviewed by CNN‘s Christiane Amanpour at the Munich Security Conference on Friday night, expressing hopes that Iran’s leaders will be removed from power.While acknowledging that “the risk associated with a regime change is real,” Graham emphasized that the US has “troops in the region” and could defeat Iran if a war does break out. “We’re still the United States.”“We have incredible capability.
