The prime minister allegedly proposed to use his power to weaken Yedioth’s main rival, Israel Hayom, through the passage of a law curbing the latter’s distribution in return for more positive coverage of the Netanyahu government in Yedioth.Netanyahu was last questioned by police at the end of January. This round is not expected to be the last.Police Commissioner Roni Alsheikh said that the investigation of the prime minister is in its final stages. “Let us work.
