WATCH: Canada awards al-Qaeda terrorist $8 million, blocks victims from assets

A Canadian judge has rejected a request by the wife of a victim murdered by al-Qaeda terrorist Omar Khadr to freeze the $8 million ($10.5 million Cdn) awarded by the Canadian government to the terrorist in a civil rights lawsuit.
