WATCH: Hamas banner flies over Temple Mount

On Monday morning, hundreds of thousands of Muslims cheered as a large Hamas banner was raised on the Temple Mount on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, marking the end of the Muslim month-long holiday of Ramadan.

Close to half an hour later, Israeli police removed the banner and began searching for those responsible.
