WATCH: Trump misses deadline to sign waiver delaying embassy move

US President Donald Trump has missed the December 4th deadline for signing a waiver that would delay an embassy move from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. Trump is expected to announce his decision on recognizing Jerusalem as the Israeli capital on Wednesday, during a speech at the National Defense University.
