An Israeli woman, 65, was moderately injured on Wednesday afternoon when a rocket launched at Ashkelon by Gazan terrorists hit an elder care facility.

A video released by the Israel Police shows blood all over the floor as medics attended to the injured senior.

She was evacuated to a hospital with injuries caused by glass shards.

The woman numbers among dozens of Israeli civilians injured since Palestinian terrorists in Gaza led by Islamic Jihad began a rocket onslaught on Tuesday morning.

Since the beginning of the bombardment, the Gaza-based terrorists have launched around 360 rockets at Israel. Some 90 percent of the rockets that would have landed in populated areas were intercepted by the Iron Dome systems.

A total of 60 percent of the rockets exploded in open spaces, and dozens of others exploded inside Gaza.

The barrages of rockets began shortly after the targeted killing of Islamic Jihad boss Baha Abu al-Ata, who was assassinated in a precision strike early Tuesday morning by the IDF.
